How do I book?
Fill out our booking request form and we'll respond within 24 hours with availability and a custom quote. A deposit is required to hold your date — dates are not held without one.
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend at least 2–3 weeks in advance, especially for weekend dates. Summer, holiday weekends, and graduation season fill up fast!
What is your deposit policy?
A 50% deposit is required to hold your date. The remaining balance is due 48 hours before your event.
What is your cancellation policy?
Deposits are non-refundable but can be applied toward a rescheduled date within 90 days of the original event date.
What areas do you serve?
We serve Charlotte and surrounding areas including Huntersville, Concord, Waxhaw, Pineville, Gastonia, and Matthews. Not sure if we're in your area? Just ask!
How long does setup take?
Most setups take 1–2 hours depending on the package. We coordinate a setup time with you the week before so everything is ready before guests arrive.
Do you stay for the event?
We set up before guests arrive and return the following day for pickup. For staffed photo booth bookings, a team member will be present for the duration.
What time do you pick everything up?
We typically pick up the morning after your event. We'll coordinate a specific pickup window with you in advance.
Do you set up outdoors?
Yes! Our Outdoor Movie Experience is designed for backyards and outdoor spaces. We recommend having a backup plan for rain. We'll monitor the forecast with you leading up to your event.
Do you provide bedding and pillows?
Each teepee comes styled with decorative pillows and a coordinating blanket to complement your theme — so everything looks beautiful and cohesive. For sleeping comfort, we ask that each guest brings their own pillow and blanket. This is standard in the industry and ensures the most hygienic experience for every child.
Do you provide food or snacks?
Our Movie Night package includes popcorn machine supplies and snack caddies. We do not provide additional food — but our chafing dishes are available to rent if you're serving a meal!
Can I customize my theme?
Absolutely! We love custom themes. Share your vision in the booking form and we'll work with you to bring it to life.
What themes do you offer?
Our most popular themes include Swiftie, Spa Glam, Boho, and Classic Pink — but we can customize to almost any theme. Just ask!
What is your damage deposit policy?
A 25% damage deposit is required at booking and is fully refunded within 48 hours of pickup, once all items are confirmed returned in good condition. High-value items such as electronics may require an additional item-specific deposit.
What if something gets damaged or lost?
Damaged or lost items will be deducted from the damage deposit. Significant damage may incur additional charges.
Do chafing dishes need to be returned clean?
Yes — all chafing dishes must be returned clean. A cleaning fee of $5–8 per dish applies if they are returned dirty.
Do you do weddings?
Yes! Our Wedding Corner package creates a beautiful dedicated space for little guests at your reception. Contact us for wedding inquiries.
Do you do school and corporate events?
Absolutely — we're already trusted by Charlotte schools including West Charlotte High School and West Cabarrus High School. We'd love to bring the party to your school, church, or corporate event.
Do you do adult events?
Yes! Our teepee sleepover packages are popular for bachelorette parties and adult girls' nights. Our tablescape and movie night packages work beautifully for adult events of all kinds.
